This week I am starting with a group of girls to do Weigh In Wednesdays to help us lose baby weight. (Don't worry, I won't be posting my weigh ins here!)
I am normally pretty disciplined and eat healthy, but being at home all of the time makes it very hard not to snack, or to choose the wrong snack (those rice krispie squares are looking awfully tasty right now!)
When I was working every day outside of the home, I packed a very healthy lunch with fruit, veggies, yogurt, soup.....basically healthy stuff.
I have been trying to get back into my healthy habits, but having spent nine months with very little appetite, and eating whatever I could to get some calories in is a hard habit to break! As well, we are in the dead of winter so getting outside (where I long to be) with a baby is tough some days!
This brings us to Weigh In Wednesdays. So, wish me luck along my journey as I work towards my goal of losing weight and being healthy.
